1. Products and Quality

We supply beds, mattresses, and headboards. All products are quality-checked before dispatch to ensure they meet our standards.

2. Free Delivery

We offer free delivery across England. Delivery is to the customer’s door unless the professional fixing service is selected.

3. Professional Fixing Service

Our free fixing service includes bringing your bed into the room of choice, assembling it, and removing all packaging.

By choosing this service, you acknowledge and accept that Sicanto is not liable for any damage to your property (walls, stairs, floors, doors, etc.) during delivery or assembly.

4. Returns & Cancellations

Please notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an item. Products must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

5. Liability

We are not liable for delays outside our control, including delivery disruptions or stock issues. Our liability is limited to the cost of the goods purchased.

6. Colour Disclaimer

While we provide online swatches and images to help you choose, actual product colours may vary due to screen settings, lighting, and environment.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that colour variation is not a valid reason for return or refund.
