3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

•    If the item is not faulty, you are responsible for return shipping.
•    If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds for:
•    Used items or items not in original condition
•    Assembled beds or mattresses that have been slept on
•    Custom or made-to-order products
•    Returns based solely on colour differences

6. Colour Disclaimer

We provide colour swatches online to help guide your selection. However, colours may appear differently based on screen settings, lighting, and room conditions. Returns or refunds will not be accepted solely due to colour variation.

7. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
